A progressive and dedicated organization working together for the betterment of our town and district.
Our objectives are:

Meetings are held at 7:00pm on the 2nd Monday of each month in the historic Railway Station, Dennis Street, Bell.

Bell Heritage Railway
The Bell Heritage Railway is now operating as a Committee of Council. The Committee are applying to become fully accredited Rail Section Car Safari Tour Operators through Queensland Rail and Queensland Transport with Wambo Shire Council as Rail Manager/Operator.

The Bell Memorial Hall located in Wallace Street, is an air-conditioned facility suitable for plays, concerts, wedding receptions, and meetings. The Hall Committee meets on the first Monday of each month.

Anzac Day Commemoration Committee
This group organizes the annual Anzac day Services. The services generally include a dawn service, a wreath laying ceremony and a march.

Bell Community Housing Association Inc.
This Community Housing Committe offers long term accommodation for "independent living" seniors.
Stage 1:
| "Bell Terrace" 8 modern 2 bedroom brick veneer units were built in 1998 in Cassidy Street, Bell. |
Stage 2:
| "Crawshay Street Units" 2 stylish 2 bedroom stone split-face block units were constructed in 2004. |

| A valuable service provided by Home and Community Care (HACC), Jandowae Domiciliary Service auspiced by Wambo Shire Council. The Bell Transport Service is co-ordinated from Bell, with voluntary drivers providing transport for the elderly of Bell & District to and from a range of medical services. |

Retirement Services & Activities
Bell offers a range of activities for everybody, but has some special activities specifically for the seniors in the area.
| Get Together - This is a club that meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 1:30pm to 4:30pm for a social afternoon of cards, music, afternoon tea, and general 'Get together'. |
