Bell "Tidy Towns" Action Group

Ergon Energy Tidy Towns

"Keep Australia Beautiful" Council's TIDY TOWNS competition was the first Community Project of Bell & District Progress Association Inc, promoting the
"Tidy Towns" concept in Bell since 1987.

Objective - to liaise with Bell & District Progress Association Inc. and Wambo Shire Council.  The Tidy Towns Action Group meets as required to organize specific activities.

Preparation for annual Tidy Towns judging

Notify community via school newsletters, notices at Bell Store, Information Centre, and Gordon’s Meats.

Organize judges'  Inspection Itinerary and Tour Guides.

Prepare Information Booklet for presentation to the judge.

Prepare Tidy Towns entrants booklet

Media cover and liaison with the Wambo Shire.
